General Information:
Hitachi Energy is seeking recent graduates to join the U.S. Power Graduate Rotational Program starting in June of 2026. As a Power Graduate you will be a part of a full-time 18-month rotational career journey where graduates will have the opportunity to explore different business units and locations. As a Power Graduate you will rotate every 6 months in a least 2 different business units to complete a total of 3 rotations and must be able to travel and relocate to various locations in the United States with an opportunity for an international rotation in the program.
The U.S. Power Graduate Rotational Program provides excellent learning opportunities such as technical and product training industry site experience and training with leading-edge technologies. Graduates will have to demonstrate personal leadership teamwork and collaboration abilities with a high level of initiative self-confidence and curiosity to learn.
Your Responsibilities:
- 18-month accelerated career journey
- Full-time paid permanent role
- Rotations include (3) six-month assignments
- Must be USA mobile - travel to different locations and see our culture come to life
- Impactful and meaningful challenges to solve through 3 different work assignments

Your Background:
- STEM background required
- Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

- Good communication skills oral and written
- Ambitious and curious with a wide area of interest
- Team player who is flexible and open for new ideas
