What Youll Do:

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
What Were Looking For:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Prior experience in automotive service or customer service preferred
Working knowledge of vehicle systems and dealership operations a plus
