The Senior Graphic Designer visually communicates the Gospel and the message of BattleCreek Church through excellent on-brand design across print and digital platforms. This role supports a wide range of ministry areas by bringing clarity creativity and consistency to everything we communicate whether through graphics social media content promotional campaigns ministry resources or signage.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and is passionate about using their design skills to serve the church support ministry leaders and help tell the story of what God is doing across our campuses.

Your Day-to-Day

No two days are exactly the same-but thats what makes it fun. As our Senior Graphic Designer youll get to:

Make the Gospel visual. From sermon series to ministry campaigns youll design graphics that help people see and understand the message of Jesus more clearly.

Design with purpose. Whether its social media signage or digital content youll bring clarity excellence and consistency to the way BattleCreek communicates.

Collaborate like a champ. Youll work with a team of talented creators video editors and ministry leaders who are just as passionate as you are about helping people take their next step with Christ.

Create in rhythm. Youll juggle multiple projects (with lots of coffee and laughter along the way) staying ahead of deadlines and keeping excellence at the center.

Think like an artist deliver like a pro. You know how to dream big and execute well using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and staying sharp with trends best practices and new ideas.

Capture moments that matter. From time to time youll help with content creation efforts like photo shoots or campaign visuals that help tell the story of what God is doing across our campuses.

Serve with heart. This role isnt about building your portfolio-its about building the Church. Every design is a chance to minister through creativity.

What Were Looking For

The must-haves for this role:

Education & Experience: We are looking for someone with a bachelors degree in related discipline but it is not required) and at least 5 years of experience in graphic design. Experience in motion graphics would be great along with ministry experience in a multi-site environment is an added plus!

The Essentials

Depending on the role you might find yourself in an office on stage out in the community or working behind the scenes. Evening and weekend hours may be requiredits all part of ministry life!

This role is primarily office-based but may involve some physical activity including standing lifting (up to 20 pounds) kneeling setting up equipment or prepping for eventssometimes even late at night. Dont worry; well ensure you know what to expect!
