Global Commercial a key sub-function within Care Enablement plays a vital role in advancing Fresenius Medical Cares mission to improve the lives of patients with chronic kidney disease. The team brings together Sales Marketing Global Sales Excellence and Global Technical Operations working collaboratively to deliver high-quality medical devices technical services and impactful commercial strategies across global markets.
Goal of function: As a Contract Coordinator for Belgium you will be part of our Commercial Excellence department working closely with a team of four Customer Excellence Officers as well as colleagues from the Sales Department and Tender Management and reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Excellence for the BeNeLux this dynamic role we are looking for a strong confident and communicative team player who can take initiative isnt intimidated when things arent fully defined and has a hands-on mentality thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Set up offers administer contracts and validate prices within the established business framework
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team on preparing offers and tender documents managing the sales funnel and contract management tool while assisting the Sales Analyst with reporting and supporting customer communication
- Support Customer Service by responding to customer queries and complaints referring complex issues as needed to ensure appropriate resolution
- Contribute to the implementation of a CRM system (EDGE) to handle standard issues escalate complex matters to management and maintain accurate customer records
- Proactively inform customers about changes to products and services
- Collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant external regulatory and internal policies to minimize business risk and uphold the organizations reputation
- Support operational reviews and contribute to the implementation of innovative processes to drive continuous improvement within the division or function
- Translate the (legal) content of contracts into concrete business services
- To be at home in many markets and enjoy acting as a strong and confident spider in the web
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or equivalent diploma (in Business Economics or equivalent)
- Over 3 years experience in the area of Customer Service Sales/Business Administration Inside Sales
- Native-level proficiency in Dutch and advanced and French English language skills (C1 level). Additional languages are a plus
- Proven ability to optimize work processes driving continuous improvement
- Excellent IT user skills including MS Office CRM SAP and Excel
- You can translate (legal) contract content into concrete business services and are comfortable navigating multiple markets while staying grounded within the organization
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical technology is a benefit
- Experience with (European) tenders in a plus
