Job Summary
Are you ready to discover the role of a Service Asset Management Stock Coordinator in Netcompany
As a Service Asset Management Stock Coordinator you will:
- Lead the daily coordination of stock operations and team schedules.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets from receipt and inspection to delivery and disposal.
- Keep inventory systems (AA2/SNOW) accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate deliveries returns and audits to ensure smooth logistics.
- Promote safety efficiency and smart use of storage space.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Proficiency in English and French (min. B2); other EU languages are a plus.
- Experience in a similar role (2 years traineeships included).
- Knowledge of standard IT products (Windows PCs mobile devices).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Team spirit reliability and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes is an advantage.
