About the role
As a Reliability Engineer & PPM Coordinator you will play a critical role in implementing a multi-year Reliability Improvement Plan and optimizing equipment maintenance strategies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on data-driven decision-making continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.
Youll lead the development and execution of preventive maintenance programs conduct risk analyses and implement asset strategies to improve equipment reliability and availability. Your work will directly impact plant performance safety and cost efficiency.
About you
You bring a strong background in reliability engineering and maintenance systems with a passion for driving operational excellence. Youre analytical proactive and skilled at translating technical insights into practical improvements.
You will also bring:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanics Electrical and/or Automation.
- At least 5 years experience in reliability engineering maintenance planning or asset management
- Strong knowledge of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance) FMEA or Weibull and root cause analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in SAP and maintenance management systems (MMS)
- Ability to analyze production loss and cost data to identify improvement opportunities
- Experience with equipment condition monitoring and reliability tools (e.g. Weibull analysis)
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including maintenance operations and engineering
- Ability to manage and optimize spare parts inventory and Bill of Materials (BOMs)
- Excellent documentation communication and training capabilities
- A proactive mindset with a focus on safety compliance and continuous improvement
