The Role

Were looking for a highly organized and people-focused Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruiting team in building an exceptional hiring process. Youll play a key role in ensuring candidates have a smooth positive experience while helping recruiters and hiring managers stay organized and efficient.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative functions partnering closely with our Recruiters and Onboarding team to manage the overall interview process and scheduling.

This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all on-site interviews in our office hubs as well as some virtual interviews
• Assist with onboarding activities to help new hires transition smoothly into the organization
• Assist with the immigration support process alongside the Employee Relations Manager
• Manage promoted jobs on LinkedIn
• Assist with ongoing candidate support as needed
• Assist with development of job descriptions and job postings through our applicant tracking system Greenhouse
• Assist with our Internship program
• Contribute to recruiting events career fairs and sourcing activities as needed

Position Requirements:

• 1 years of experience in recruiting coordination HR or administrative support
• Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable to change on a daily basis; ability to quickly shift tasks
• High attention to detail accuracy and resourcefulness
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Well-organized and good at prioritizing work among many competing priorities
• Demonstrated team player with a positive attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Greenhouse is a plus

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $75000 - $85000 depending on location and experience.
