Position Overview
We are seeking Analysts Finance & Accounting (AP/AR) to join our Shared Services team. These roles are pivotal in managing day-to-day finance operations across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ensuring accuracy timeliness and compliance within a global shared services environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles while contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Compensationrange for this role is 6-6.6 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidates experience skills and qualifications
What Youll Do
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) processes including invoice receipt validation posting and vendor payments.
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities such as invoicing collections reconciliations and AR aging analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies accounting principles and internal controls.
- Collaborate with vendors clients and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and queries.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities including accruals reporting and reconciliations.
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within Finance & Accounting Shared Services.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com) or MBA in Finance; CMA qualification is an advantage.
- 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting (AP/AR) within a Shared Services environment.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite (Primary ERP); exposure to MS Dynamics Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online (QBO) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of P2P and O2C cycles reconciliations and financial controls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in working with global teams.

- Strong analytical skills and continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience working with legal or professional services firms will be an added advantage.
