We are hiring an onsite Accounting Intern in India to support daytoday finance operations learn handson accounting workflows and contribute to accurate financial reporting for a fastmoving manufacturing and export business.
Position: Accounting Intern (Onsite India)
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daytoday bookkeeping: post invoices process purchase and sales vouchers and maintain ledgers using accounting software.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable workflowsverify vendor invoices prepare payment runs and follow up on receivables.
- Perform bank reconciliations and routine ledger reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets for expense tracking cashflow monitoring and basic monthly reports.
- Help compile GST returns maintain tax records and coordinate with external tax consultants on documentation.
- Support monthend closing tasks and provide documentation for audits and internal reviews.

- Availability for a minimum internship period (typically 36 months) and immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
