What You Will Do:

Daily warehouse forklift operation and maintenance
Goods or raw materials receiving storing and delivery
End goods picking up and delivering; raw materials handover with production
Inventory management and cleaning; stock check
Standard operation per 5S regulations
Support production engineering and other work that requires personnel or forklift
Conduct safety supervision upon vendors customers and all related operation
Lead the warehouse management team through giving subordinates guidelines managing their daily work and supervising the working safety and the sanitation of the whole team
Ensure that the warehouse strictly complies with the ISO standards and related operational requirements of the logistics and optimizing the relevant operation procedures
Organize month-end and year-end stock check to keep the inventory data clear real-time and accurate; strictly complying with the principle of FIFO (first-in first-out) to ensure in-stock chemicals quality
Organize goods delivery service timely and accurately; checking goods receiving information to ensure faultless and improve the quality of logistics services
Lead Warehouse 5S and Lean Project continuously to improve team performance
Evaluate employees performance focusing on employee development organizing staff training and improving employees operations
Strictly observe all the safety rules in the national laws and corporate safety regulations
Strictly comply with all the codes of conduct employee handbook work flow operation standards and other regulations required by Ecolab the factory or the division.

Qualifications:

High school degree or Diploma graduate
Min. 3 years of experience
Skilled forklift operation with a forklift license
A strong sense of responsibility
A good sense of teamwork and communication ability
A good command of SAP system
Be familiar with Microsoft Office such as Word Excel etc.
