A growing home care company is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intake Rep to serve as the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking services. This role plays a key part in ensuring clients feel supported from the very beginning of their care journey.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the initial contact for prospective clients and families
Explain available programs and services clearly and compassionately
Collect and verify necessary information and documentation during the intake process
Guide clients and families step-by-step to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper handoff and follow-up
Maintain accurate and organized records of all communications and documentation
Ideal Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathetic patient and able to connect with families in sensitive situations
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Previous experience in healthcare home care or customer service preferred
Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
Salary: $50k - 65k/Year Bonuses
