Position Overview
We are seeking an Analyst Record to Report (RTR) to join our Shared Services this role you will be responsible for preparing and posting journal entries managing fixed asset accounting and supporting tax and intercompany transactions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting while contributing to smooth month-end close activities.
Compensationrange for this role is 6-6.6 LPA and will be commensurate with the candidates experience skills and qualifications
What Youll Do
- Prepare and post journal entries (JEs) related to tax depreciation and intercompany transactions.
- Support Fixed Assets (FA) and Finance & Accounting (F&A) RTR processes.
- Assist with month-end close activities to ensure accurate financial statements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and provide required documentation.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in commerce (B. Com); CA Inter or CPA (in progress) is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in RTR General Ledger or related F&A functions.
- Hands-on expertise in journal entries intercompany transactions tax accounting and fixed assets.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Detail-oriented with strong reconciliation and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with NetSuite (NS) as the primary ERP system.
- Exposure to MS Dynamics Zoho Books or QuickBooks Online (QBO).
- Experience working in Shared Services or professional services firms.
