Job Description
Requirements
Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline
A minimum of 8 years relevant experience of which 2 years at supervisory level
Possession of Corporate Membership of Hong Kong Institute of Planners or a recognised planning professional institution
Good management and communication skills with strong commercial acumen and the ability to work independently
Remarks
Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms

Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify property development opportunities along existing and future railway lines
- Manage the master planning process for optimal and sustainable property development including conducting feasibility studies and preparing master layout plans for statutory and non-statutory submissions
- Manage multi-disciplinary consultants on planning urban design and technical assessments such as traffic and environmental aspects
- Communicate with government authorities for approval of statutory submissions and endorsement of non-statutory proposals
- Liaise with stakeholders and partners in project planning and implementation stages
