Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing Software Solutions team.   • Assistwithsalesmeetingpreparationandfollow-updocumentation.
  • Helpmaintainsalescollateralandresourcelibraries.
  • Assistwithcontractpreparationandaccountinformation.
  • MaintaindataaccuracyandcleanlinessinCRMsystem.
  • Generatestandardsalesreportsusingexistingtemplatesanddashboards.
  • Assistwithdatacollectionforsalesforecastingactivities.
  • Identifyopportunitiesforprocessimprovementswithseniorteamguidance.
  • Helpmaintaindocumentationandprocessguides.


RequiredQualifications

  • BachelorsdegreeinBusinessMarketingorrelatedfield(orequivalentexperience).
  • 0-2yearsofprofessionalexperience.
  • Internshiporprojectexperienceinsalesoperationsorbusinessanalysispreferred.
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftExcel/GoogleSheetsforbasicdataanalysis.
  • FamiliaritywithCRMconcepts(CRMapplicationsexperienceaplusbutnotrequired).
  • Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttodataaccuracy.
  • Excellentorganizationalandtimemanagementskills.
  • Goodwrittenandverbalcommunicationabilities.
  • Eagernesstolearnandgrowinafast-pacedenvironment.
  • Collaborativemindsetandabilitytoworkwellinteams.
  • Problem-solvingaptitudeandanalyticalthinking.
