Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely financial data entry
Maintain the general ledger ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records
Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
Manage sales and use tax calculations and filings
Conduct inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis
Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Assit with tax compliance activities
Organize and maintain financial documents and records
Generate ad hoc reports as requested
Utlize software proficiency in NetSuite Excel and MySQL to perform job duties effectively

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (Preferred)
1-2 years experience in an accounting role (Preferred)
In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Proficiency in NetSuite Excel and MySQL
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication
Knowledge of compliance regulations and tax laws is a plus
A positive and energetic attitude
