Commercial Lines Account Manager (Bilingual Spanish)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager with bilingual fluency in English & Spanish.
Compensation Package
- Salary: $65000 - $75000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business including contractor accounts.
- Quote new and renewal business ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high-quality service standards.
- Utilize HawkSoft software to manage accounts and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferably with exposure to contractor accounts.
- Language Skills: Must be bilingual in English & Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HawkSoft software is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills attention to detail ability to work independently excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
