Job Summary

At Winning Consulting we are seeking a Business Analystto be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the indrusty sector in Madrid (Hybrid).

Responsabilities:

Develop and manage processes for measuring and monitoring data quality ensuring that the data used across reliable.
Maintain the integrity and completeness of the organizations data glosary ensuring that data terms and definitions are standardized and accessible to all stakeholders.
Collaborate with local and global teams implement effictive data goverment frameworks driving forward the organizations capabilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standars.
Implement and manage data visulization tools to represent data quality insights clearly and effectively helping stakeholders undestand trends and areas for improvement.
Engage with key stakeholders such as data owners data stewards and data product owners providing them whit necessary support aspects of data quality and governance.
Ensure seamless integration of data management practices into business and analytics processes promoting the use of high-quality data in decision-making.
Drive continous improvements in data quality management and governance practices identifying new opportunities and collaborationg with global teams to enhance the organizations overall data capabilities.

Skills:

Degree in Business Data IT Mathematicas or similar.
Experience working with and maintaining data glossary tools or metadata management systems ensuring accurate and compreshensive documentation of data definitions and standars.
Proficiency in using data visualization tools (PowerBI) to represent data quality metrics and insights in an accesible and actionable format.
Knowledge of data management and quality tools such SQL Snowflake andany relevant data quality software.
Python Power Automate would be benefitial.
Knowledge of Project management and knowledge sharing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Knowledge of Agile Methodolies.
