As a key member of our Marketing & Communications Team youll lead the development of overarching brand & media strategy oversee high-impact storytelling top-tier media engagement and a network of influential relationships to civil society & politics.

This role is based in Berlin. This is a full-time hybrid role where we expect you to be in the Berlin office 2-3 days per week with flexibility to work remotely for the rest of the week.
Our compensation philosophy is based on pay equity. All of our salaries are determined before we launch a role they are based on a predetermined salary scale the level on that scale and the cost of labor for that location. We are open to three different levels of seniority for this role (Senior Manager Associate Director Director). The annual salary of an Associate Director of Communications is 114.000 EUR in Berlin.
