For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

Over 5 years of professional experience applying data science and analytics to inform business decisions
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience with analytical tools such as R AWS Athena and similar platforms
Ability to clearly summarize and communicate complex analysis results to stakeholders at all levels including senior management
Experience conducting A/B testing and using front-end data to evaluate the impact of new features on user engagement
Skilled at analyzing complex datasets to extract actionable insights and practical solutions
Excellent presentation and communication skills including proficiency in PowerPoint
Advanced data visualization capabilities using tools like Tableau Spotfire Power BI etc.
Expertise in predictive modeling covering parametric methods (e.g. logit/probit) non-parametric methods (e.g. random forest neural networks) and other machine learning techniques such as clustering (desirable)
Fluency in English is mandatory (B2)
Available for a full remote work model based in Portugal
