Location: Epsom KT18

Salary: 30000 per annum

Position: Permanent Full-Time

This is a rare opportunity for a motivated and organised Branch Administrator to join a market-leading independent Estate Agency in Epsom.

The successful candidate will bring strong administrative skills preferably with Estate Agency experience and thrive in a busy professional team environment.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Providing administrative support to the sales and lettings teams
  • Managing office correspondence documentation and filing systems
  • Ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment
  • Handling client communications with professionalism and efficiency
  • Coordinating diaries appointments and property documentation
  • Using Estate Agency software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Supporting the team in delivering excellent customer service

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience as a sales office administrator
  • Estate Agency experience preferred
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Confident telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Self-motivated well-presented and ambitious
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the local area is advantageous
  • Professional and proactive approach to work
