Job Title: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings

Location: East Grinstead RH19

Salary: OTE 35000 per annum

Position: Permanent Full-Time

Known for our approachable and proactive service were now looking for a driven Lettings Negotiator to join our friendly team.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling applicant enquiries and booking property viewings
• Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Supporting the progression of lets through to move-in
• Building strong relationships with landlords tenants and contractors
• Generating new business and promoting lettings services
• Progressing with ongoing training as the company and market evolve

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Confident professional and customer-focused
• Organised with strong multitasking skills
• Motivated by targets and commission-based success
• Excellent communication skills (face-to-face and over the phone)
• Experience in lettings preferred (but not essential sales/customer service backgrounds welcome)
• Full UK driving licence essential
