Job Summary
Lettings Manager
Location: Harrogate North Yorkshire
Salary: 35000 plus commission
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: My client is open to someone starting immediately
Experience Level: Ideal for an experienced Lettings Manager OR a Lettings Negotiator with 4 years experience looking for their next step
Were recruiting for a Lettings Manager to join a reputable and well-established estate agency based in Harrogate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong lettings experience to take ownership of the lettings function and ensure excellent service is delivered to all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily lettings operation ensuring an efficient and high-quality service.
Manage diary scheduling workload planning and daily office tasks.
Handle inbound enquiries book viewings and valuations and liaise with landlords and tenants.
Negotiate offers and tenancy terms between landlords and tenants.
Maintain regular proactive communication with landlords on marketing and property activity.
Manage lettings administration including landlord and tenant sign-ups and compliance.
Handle and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Support business development through networking canvassing and generating new landlord instructions.
Provide regular progress and activity updates to management.
Stay informed on local market trends legislation and competitor activity.
About You:
Minimum 4 years experience within a lettings role.
Strong understanding of the lettings process from valuation through to move-in.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Confident professional and committed to delivering exceptional service.
Knowledge of lettings legislation and tenancy procedures.
