Bennett Middle Salisbury Middle & Wicomico Middle (Project MOVE or WISE Program)

SALARY

$17.50 (IAs) $38 (Teachers) (contractual position no benefits)

HOURS

Monday Thursday (2:45-5:15) times vary

QUALIFICATIONS

IAs: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) completion of at least two years of college preferred
Teachers: Bachelors degree required. Maryland Teaching Certification Preferred.
Experience working with adolescent youth in an educational settingor enrichment program preferred
Demonstrated quality youth management skills
Excellent organizational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and actively assist students with academic assignments (homework projects tests etc.)
Develop structured and engaging academic and social enrichmentactivities (lesson plans).
Facilitate academic/social enrichment activities (grades 6-8).
Maintain program reports (attendance lesson plans etc.)
Other duties as assigned
