The opportunity

As an Associate Project Manager at Hitachi Energy you will support the planning execution and delivery of energy infrastructure projects across various domains. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget while adhering to company standards and customer expectations.

How youll make an impact

Assist in the development and execution of project plans schedules and budgets.
Monitor project progress and performance identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Support project financials including cost tracking invoicing and cash flow management.
Coordinate with internal teams suppliers and customers to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain documentation and reporting for project status milestones and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with Hitachi Energys policies safety standards and best practices.
Participate in project reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and resolve issues as they arise.

Your background

Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Business or a related field.
Experience in project coordination or management preferably in the energy or industrial sector.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Office MS Project SAP Power BI).
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
