Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to manage the development and implementation of digitisation projects for procurement and supply chain management to ensure quality on-programme and on-budget deliverables
- Engage business users to accurately compile business requirements to formulate the technical specification for new solutions
- Work with business departments and IT management to align the roadmap of enterprise information systems solutions with business needs and drive technology innovations
- Manage system project execution from beginning till the end to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Proactively identify assess and manage project risks during the project implementation lifecycle and perform promptly escalation to project steering committee
- Collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to drive changes and transformation for executing digital transformation roadmap
- Manage systems upgrade enhancement and on-going operations of a designated set of information systems
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline
- A minimum of 8 years relevant experience of which 2 years should be at managerial / senior supervisory level
- Proven experience in implementing renowned enterprise package solutions for Sourcing & Negotiation Supplier Management Supply Chain Risk Management is an advantage
- Knowledge and proficiency of utilising OracleE-Business Suite (Procurement & Supply Chain Management) system is an advantage
- Business acumen with sound knowledge of digital solutions for back-office operations especially Procurement & Supply Chain domain
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills as well as good stakeholder / vendor and contract management skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
