The Senior Engineer role will focus on the continuous delivery of services to benefit customers and development of individual goals as well as career and organizational goals.
Reporting to the Domain lead you will take responsibility for developing innovating and safeguarding knowledge within the Digital domain.

What youll do
Drive end-to-end software development from ideation to deployment ensuring secure high-quality and well-documented solutions.
Adapt quickly to new programming languages and paradigms maintaining productivity across diverse tech stacks.
Champion modern testing and agile practices delivering reliable software with strong ownership and continuous improvement.
Embed security by design proactively addressing complex security challenges through layered defenses and peer code reviews.
Coach and mentor peers fostering technical growth agile mindset and personal development across the team.
Promote continuous delivery and agile excellence improving team efficiency and contributing to organizational knowledge and culture.
What were looking for
Full-stack development expertisewith strong grasp of software design testing and delivery lifecycle tools.
Cloud and automation proficiency including hands-on experience with Azure Ansible and CI/CD practices.
Security-first mindset applying defense in depth and secure coding principles throughout development.
Agile collaboration and communication effectively working with cross-functional and offshore teams.
Adaptability and continuous learning thriving in ambiguity and quickly mastering new technologies.
