Schedule: 40 hours/week 8-hour shifts MondayFriday (5:45 AM 5:30 PM) with occasional Saturdays (6:45 AM 12:15 PM) and holidays

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilledPhlebotomist Laboratory (Traveler)for an exciting Travel or Local job inSandwich MA.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws and specimen collection following established protocols.
Ensure patient safety comfort and provide proper instruction on specimen collection.
Accurately label prepare and transport specimens to the laboratory.
Maintain clean organized and well-stocked phlebotomy areas and equipment.
Communicate effectively with patients clinical staff and laboratory personnel.
Suggest workflow or quality improvements to supervisors.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies and safety procedures.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.

Qualifications:

Certification in Phlebotomy required.
Completion of a basic phlebotomy program with classroom and practical training.
Ability to read write and follow instructions accurately.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology or equivalent healthcare experience.
Strong communication skills and patient-focused approach.
Must be available to float to multiple locations in the Cape Cod region as needed.
