Job Description

Your Role as WB FCP Change Expert

As Change Expert within WB Financial Crime Prevention (FCP) you are one of the key senior members of the team and a crucial partner to the Change Lead in shaping and executing the digital strategy for the entire FCP domain fully aligned with Wholesale Bankings strategic goals.

You manage a virtual team of platform support functions ensuring end users of the Digital CDD journey receive comprehensive support. You distinguish clearly between user support requests change requests and incidents. You ensure timely follow-up within SLA and maintain a real-time accurate overview of incident status across the end-to-end Digital Journey. You liaise closely with the CPO when solutions are needed and ensure effective stakeholder communication at all times.

Together with Operations and the Centre of Excellence you develop and maintain a unified support strategy. You ensure analysts always have access to the latest information work process instructions (WPI) and training. By engaging with end users you identify inefficiencies in support that impact operational effectiveness. You manage a product backlog focused on continuous improvement of support processes driving faster more accurate CDD execution. You also explore smart AI capabilities to enhance support.

Additionally you lead a project office with change experts for cross-team and cross-domain initiatives providing full oversight coordination and governance by managing project change experts and establishing standardized ways of working.

Proactively you identify optimization opportunities within the change domain and develop improvement plans in collaboration with the Change Lead. Together with the Change Lead you also develop and maintain the budgets for your domain. Your close partnership with the Change Lead is essential to ensuring alignment and successful change delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Change Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and support change initiatives across CPO domains aligned with the WB FCP digital strategy and strategic goals.
  • Orchestrate the integration of change into business-as-usual processes to ensure sustainable adoption and benefits realization.
  • Manage and coordinate the temporary virtual team of platform support functions delivering a unified and seamless support experience.

Facilitate continuous feedback loops with end-users and stakeholders to improve change outcomes.

Program & Portfolio Management

  • Support the planning execution and monitoring of change programs ensuring key conditions are met timely delivery and benefits realization.
  • Identify manage and where relevant escalate interdependencies risks and impediments across initiatives.
  • Ensure that change outcomes are adopted by the organization and contribute to strategic goals.
  • Ensure consistent and effective communication and reporting to support effective change governance.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with Central Product Owners expert roles and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared ownership of change.
  • Communicate progress risks and outcomes clearly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Learning

  • Promote a learning culture by sharing lessons learned and best practices across the WB FCP change community.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized change practices and frameworks.

How to Succeed

As a WB FCP Change Lead you will need:

  • AMasters degreeand a strong academic foundation.
  • 8 years of experience leading change projects including those with significant IT components across both domestic and international environments.
  • 5 years of experience in consultancy roles applying strong analytical skills to drive business improvements and optimize change initiatives across diverse organizations.
  • Experiencein both Wholesale or Retail Banking with a balanced background across front office (Business) and back office (IT/Operations) is a pre.
  • Aproven track record in controlled environments with successful collaboration with regulators legal and compliance stakeholders.
  • The ability to operate effectively inmulticultural and cross-functional settings bringing together diverse teams and perspectives.
  • Fluent in English speaking and in writing.
