Inviting applications for the role of Consultant IAGArchitect
Responsibilities:
Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) mandatorily with SAP IAG GRC SAP Access Control or similar platforms.
Skills to collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design SAP IAG solutions. Develop and implement access governance frameworks to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
Experience on SAP Integration to Ensure seamless integration between SAP IAG and various SAP or non-SAP cloud applications.
Strong understanding of identity governance access control frameworks RBAC role design user lifecycle management and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with security principles SoD and regulatory compliance (GDPR SOX etc.).
Role Design and Management: Develop role and authorization concepts configure security roles/profiles and oversee periodic access reviews and role certifications.
Skills in integrating IAM solutions with SaaS cloud and on-premise environments.
Experience on user Support and Training to Provide support for end-users and administrators deliver training on IAG functionalities and security best practices.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement requirements gathering and user education.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science or a related field; SAP security/ GRC certifications preferred.
Leadership: Strong communication skills stakeholder engagement and the ability to drive architectural decision-making.
Innovation: Up-to-date with latest trends and emerging best practices in identity management and cloud security.
Minimum Qualifications

Graduation: MBA/MCA

Preferred Qualifications

The candidate must be a self-starter capable of multitasking and efficiently manage their time in a multifaceted environment with demanding deadlines while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
Additionally the candidate must possess excellent writing speaking analytical project management organizational teamwork and customer service skills that will assist them in identifying solutions to sophisticated security problems
Ability to deliver high quality and reliable software by collaborating with team. Outstanding analytical skills ability to apply expertise to drive sophisticated technical and highly commercial solutions. Possess good verbal and written communication skills.
