Job Summary
Job Description
We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing business in Scarborough on a temporary basis.
This role requires someone who is immediately available and confident in delivering outstanding customer service.
Youll be supporting clients to ensure they have a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout their whole journey.
Some of the Customer Experience duties are:
- Guide new clients through onboarding and support them throughout their journey
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships enhancing their overall experience
- Track and respond to Trustpilot reviews encouraging client feedback
- Analyse customer satisfaction surveys and implement improvements to the client experience
This will be working Monday to Friday 9am5pm earning 13.00 15.00 per hour depending on experience.
