We are seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to provide HR support and guidance across all the practices. This role will focus on employee relations compliance and HR administration supporting Practice Managers and the HR team to ensure a positive workplace culture and smooth HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations performance management and HR policies.
- Assist in recruitment onboarding and HR administration processes.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law as well as GDC NHS and CQC regulations.
- Support talent management initiatives employee engagement and workplace culture programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with HR reporting and workforce data analysis.
- Collaborate with Practice Managers and the HR team to resolve HR issues effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (essential).
- CIPD qualification (preferred).
- Experience in HR with a focus on employee relations performance management or HR administration.
- Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience in healthcare dental or multi-site environments (preferred).
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive HR issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Organised detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure while delivering results.
