We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior FPGA Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in advancing our FPGA capabilities. As the Senior FPGA Engineer you will be at the forefront of developing and executing our FPGA strategy aligning it with Lofts broader technology roadmap and ensuring the successful delivery of FPGA-related projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams drive process improvements and elevate the technical expertise of the FPGA team.

About This Role:

FPGA Design and Development:Collaborate with the team to develop implement and verify FPGA logic supporting Lofts satellite systems and product roadmap.
Verification and Validation:Participate in the testing and validation of FPGA designs ensuring reliability performance and adherence to mission requirements.
Process Optimization:Support and improve Lofts FPGA development processes contributing to best practices for consistency and scalability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work with the engineering software and integration teams to ensure FPGA designs align with overall mission objectives.

Must Haves:

Bachelors Degreein Electrical Engineering Computer Engineering or related field.
7 years of experiencein FPGA design and development (advanced experience is advantageous).
Proficiency in VHDL or Verilog with knowledge of Xilinx Vivado.
Understanding of digital design principlesincluding synthesis timing analysis and testing.
Strong problem-solving skillswith excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
