About the Role:
As the Workplace Learning Coordinator you will liaise with businesses and other organisations to source and negotiate new workplace learning positions (internships) for students and manage the relationship between students and employers. You will play a leading role in ensuring a high-quality workplace learning experience for every Business student and be able to identify business opportunities that positively impact both the student experience and the Business School.

This is a part-time fixed-term (until January 2027) position at a HEP 7 classification $97863 - $105932 (pro rata) plus 17% superannuation working (0.6 FTE) 22.05 hours per week.
About the Person:
We are seeking a friendly and professional individual with a minimum of two years experience in Work Integrated Learning (WIL) to join our this role you will be instrumental in securing internship opportunities and enhancing the overall WIL experience for students
Your ability to build and nurture strong relationships with industry partners university staff and students will be essential to your success. You take pride in providing personalised guidance and support to students throughout their internship journey ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
In addition you excel at managing administrative and compliance tasks with precision and attention to detail. If you are passionate about student success and thrive on building meaningful relationships we encourage you to apply.
