Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate virtual ECUs for SIL environment based on AUTOSAR architecture

• Build interfaces between the SIL environment and plant models communication buses and test automation tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute simulation strategies

• Optimize simulation performance and fidelity for large-scale system integration

• Analyze and debug SIL infrastructure issues

• Document architecture workflows and usage guidelines for internal teams

What we are looking for

• Engineering background in embedded systems software development or simulation

• Proficiency in C for embedded software development

• Solid understanding of embedded systems and AUTOSAR architecture

• Ability to work with version control systems (e.g. Git)

• Good communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SYNOPSYS Silver or similar virtualization tool

• Familiarity with Simulink plant modelling or FMI/FMU-based simulation

• Comfort with scripting or automation tools (e.g. Python Bash or similar)

• Understanding of communication protocols such as CAN and LIN including signal-level behavior (Tx/Rx)

• Exposure to AUTOSAR configuration artifacts like ARXML A2L and NVM definitions

• Familiarity with build systems (e.g. Make CMake) and cross-compilation for host execution

Recruitment process

• CV Review -Your application and CV will be reviewed to assess your qualifications and experience in relation to the role requirements.

• Phone Interview(approximately 30 minutes) - This initial conversation is designed to discuss your background expectations and answer any preliminary questions.

• Technical Interview(s)(1 to 1.5 hours one or two rounds) - Conducted in English with the manager and an additional team member this stage focuses on evaluating your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. The interview can be held via Teams or at our office.

• Final Interview(45 minutes) - A meeting with a representative from the HR department to ensure alignment with our company culture and discuss the next steps. This interview might also take place via Teams or at our office.
