More about our team
Join our team in a 7-bed Operating Room (OR) with 1:1 patient ratio. Our OR specializes in General Surgery Urology GYN Ortho ENT and Cataract services. RNs typically work 8-hour shifts can vary based on cases. Night weekend and holiday call is required. Must reside within a 30-minute radius for call or stay onsite on-call room is available. Scrubs are provided. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively in a supportive environment focused on providing quality care and support.
How youll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
Post-Procedure and Recovery Care
Patient Education and Advocacy

What were looking for- a compassionate nurse with a deep understanding of critical care principles and advanced patient monitoring.
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire.
ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire.
TNCC NRP ENPC CEN preferred
One year of experience preferred
