About the job

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who will contribute to our Saudi Arabias Vision 2030 of expanding our presence in the Middle East region driving sales and revenue growth in technology enterprise AI adoption and digital transformation.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in technology or AI sales a strong understanding of the B2B market in the Middle East and a proven ability to navigate diverse business landscapes across the region. To effectively provide clients with project-based tech services this role requires the ability to excel in a consultative sales environment build relationships and sell efficient complex AI solutions to enterprise clients and government entities.

Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion in Middle East: Identify develop and execute business opportunities across Middle East markets.
  • Enterprise Sales & Go-To-Market Strategy: Develop and implement tailored go-to-market strategies to drive B2B sales and adoption of AI-powered solutions.
  • Regional Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients technology partners and government agencies to drive long-term business success.
  • Revenue Growth & Target Achievement: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging a consultative solutions-based sales approach tailored to the Middle Easts diverse business landscape.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Analyze regional market trends industry developments and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Partnership Development: Establish and grow strategic alliances with key regional technology players SaaS providers and AI-driven enterprises.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Work closely with the leadership team to refine regional sales methodologies and optimize sales cycles.

Qualifications :

The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy highly motivated business development professional with deep industry experience in AI SaaS or related technology fields within the Middle East region.

Job Specification

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development sales or partnerships within the technology AI SaaS or enterprise software industry in the Middle East.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise-level deals and driving revenue growth in markets such as UAE Saudi Arabia Qatar etc.
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
  • Proficient in English
  • Strong understanding of AI SaaS and emerging tech solutions with the ability to translate complex technology into tangible business value for Middle East enterprises.
  • Experience working in a regional sales role managing multiple markets and understanding local business cultures.
  • A hunter mentality with a proactive approach to lead generation and deal closing.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to sell to senior executives and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across KSA and the GCC for face-to-face meetings.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional teams across different time zones.
  • Experience with or exposure to government entities or highly regulated sectors (e.g. finance healthcare telecom) is a significant plus.
  • Location: Remote. Candidate must be based in Riyadh.
