As a key member of our Patrol Team you will promote positive values attitudes and good student behaviour across the school whilemaintaining a strong and visible presence around the site. Your work will make a real difference in supporting students to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
The role focuses on:
- Reducing levels of absence from lessons and poor behaviour amongst key groups (including disadvantaged SEND and vulnerable students)
- Working closely with identified students and their families to improve levels of engagement and ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive
- Embodying and upholding the schools core values in everything you do

- Previous experience of working with young people in a school or similar setting
- The ability to enforce standards around attendance to lessons behaviour and culture so thateach student can be their best self
- Knowledge experience and understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils staff parents and external professionals
- An understanding of the developmental emotional social and educational issues of children and young people
