Youve found your passion for guest service and event hospitality Then join us as Guest Service Agent Banquet Reception (m/f/d) and become part of our Banquet and Events Team. Two brands endless possibilities!

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and hostour event and conference guests
  • Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the banquet and event areas
  • Fulfill individual guest requests during events
  • Act as the primary contact person for organizers regarding last-minute changes and communicate them to the banquet team
  • Create menu cards and signage for events
  • Deliver exceptional service experiencestogether with the team

Be able.

  • Eagerness to grow learn and be part of a family-like and ambitious team
  • Calm and confident even in high-pressure situations or with special guest requests
  • Hospitality mindset is key whether youre experienced or just starting out
  • Strong communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus
