3rd Line Support Engineer

Salary: 40000 - 45000

Location: Maidstone

About the Role

Our client is a small to medium sized business who specialise in Managed Services who are looking to grow. We are looking for a 3rd Line support engineer who is happy to help resolve 2nd line network issues as well as 3rd Line daily tasks can range from a printer failure to a P1.

The company are based near Maidstone and operate a 24/7 Service desk.

This role requires all engineers to be on a shift rotation which is spread fairly across the team.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure previous MSP experience is desirable
  • Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • VMWare or Hyper-V
  • Working knowledge of TCP/IP DNS DHCP
  • Hardware PC builds
  • Antivirus Web-Filtering and Backup software
  • Good Network knowledge with WAN LAN VLAN VPN WLAN Switches Routers Firewalls.
