Were seeking a passionate and experienced overseas Newbuilding Project Manager to join our team in Yangzhou China. This exciting 3-years assignment offers you the chance to make your mark leading a series of PTCP vessels.

Area China North is part of DNVs Maritime Region Greater China where approximately 170 talented professionals across 4 stations work together to deliver world-class ship classification and certification services.

As our Newbuilding Project Manager youll drive excellence through the entire project lifecycle. Youll be the face of DNV building relationships with shipyard teams and owners while coordinating expert teams to ensure world-class delivery.

This role places you at the center of complex maritime projects where youll:

• Lead end-to-end newbuilding projects from initial sales handover through successful completion
• Serve as the primary liaison between shipbuilders owners representatives and internal DNV teams

The Expertise Were Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Bachelors Degree or higher in Naval Architecture Marine Engineering Mechanical Engineering or experience as Chief Engineer
• Minimum 5 years of Newbuilding experience as Class Surveyor
• Solid understanding of classification roles rules and class systematics
• Experience as a Newbuilding Project Manager
• Advantegous to have experience with PCTC ship type
• Fluent verbal and written command of English
