Key Responsibilities
Analyse live and historical data to identify trends forecast performance and provide actionable insights to frontline leaders.
Support implementation and continuous improvement of automation and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Deliver accurate timely reporting aligned with evolving business needs to support decision-making.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Consumer Operations Claims and Business teams to enable effective workforce planning.
Champion data literacy promote performance transparency and test new digital features in Genesys Cloud and Salesforce.
Skills and Experience
2 years experience in contact centre operations workforce management or performance analytics.
Proficiency with Genesys Cloud Salesforce Microsoft Excel and data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent data interpretation and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with AI and automation technologies is highly desirable.
Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills across all organisational levels.
