Job Description
WHO YOULL WORK WITH
Youll be a member of the Nike Facilities team which is part of the Nike Direct Store Development team and report to the Facilities Manager. The Facilities team is the main connection point and key business partner of our Retail stores and their management providing them with a safe operational and comfortable environment within the given budget.
On the daily youll be working with teams such as Store Construction Cost Management Real Estate Retail Finance Procurement Retail Ops & Service Nike field teams Health and Safety etc. Externally youll partner with the Nike FM vendors General Contractors Architects etc.

We are seeking a confident and skilled professional to join our team bringing extensive experience in data analysis within Retail Facilities Management. The right candidate will have advanced analytical skills and ability to think strategically and holistically connecting various aspects of facility management. A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage competing demands will be key to thriving in this position.
- Proven expertise in Facilities Management in Retail
- Strong analytical skills strategic mindset
- Proactive and solutions oriented. You take initiative anticipate needs and act without waiting for direction
- Procurement vendor management and contract management experience
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy efficiency strategies
- Excellent communication influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Strong team player with positive attitude
- Fluency in English is essential written and verbal
WHAT YOULL WORK ON
Key responsibilities:
- Translating Nikes Facilities strategy into initiatives and day-to-day actions
- Performing analysis that helps decision making process and improve efficiencies as well as new business opportunities and process improvements
- Managing sustainability initiatives preparing analytical reports and ensuring they are aligned with global standards
- Supporting the Cost Management team in managing the Facilities budget (CAPEX and OPEX) including forecasting analysing actuals for the current fiscal year and preparing presentations for the Leadership team.
- Ensuring compliance with contracts code of conduct and corporate directives is consistently maintained
- Leading a systematic asset renewal and budget tracking plans and tools
- Managing the energy tenders and bidding processes in collaboration with Procurement Legal teams and consultants.
- Coordinating and managing the contract delivery of stores supplies within the budget and contractual requirements.
- Advise on critical issues making sure stores are operational and safe.
