Pay Range: $65 $70 per hour ($2700 $2975 weekly)
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Radiologic Technologist MRIfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse NY.
Responsibilities
Prepare and educate patients ensuring clear communication of procedures.
Position patients accurately and set exposure factors for optimal imaging.
Operate MRI and radiographic equipment in compliance with safety and radiation protection standards.
Document and process images entering patient/exam data into the Radiology Information System (RIS).
Report equipment issues promptly to supervisors.
Follow established departmental policies procedures and protocols.
Perform imaging studies as requested by referring physicians and radiologists.
Qualifications
Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
Active New York State Radiologic Technologist license/registration required.
Minimum of 1 year of CT/MRI experience in a clinical environment.
Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance.
