Our operators serve as the communication hub of the facility ensuring timely and accurate information flow across departments 24/7. We are dedicated to providing clear calm and efficient service to support patient care and hospital operations.

ASwitchboard Operatorwho excels in this role:
Provides seamless communication between internal/external callers.
Performs prescribed duties following emergency codes.
Keeps an accurate log of all interactions.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Additional requirements include:
Minimum of one years experience in an office setting preferably in a console attendant or receptionist role.
Previous experience with multi-line consoleequipment preferred.
