Your quests will be to:
- Lead the technical development of one of the most important card games in France.
- Translate complex features into technical requirements development efforts and execution timelines.
- Guide the team in defining specific tasks and estimating the effort to realise the roadmap projects. Reviewing task statuses and helping to remove roadblocks.
- Coordinate with server developers to ensure the server runs smoothly while maintaining and optimizing existing and new features.
- Take an active part in designing architecting implementing and testing features and iterations.
- Own the design architecture development pipeline and release process from a technical point of view while maintaining alignment with the roadmap owner.
- Work on your tasks ensuring the respect of the deadlines of the team warning in case of delays/advances and ensuring their closure in agreement with the producer.
- Be able to drive the team and share experience and knowledge with more junior team members.
To start playing you will need: Additional plus
- Senior-level experience with Unity3d preferably on products or apps with a life cycle of continuous development and/or on a large legacy codebase.
- Experience with coordinating other developers (Task orchestration & integration Release planning and Task assignation).
- Experience and ability to interact and/or coordinate the server side even without writing code.
- Code review to find bottlenecks help to improve the quality of the codebase and help the devs to deepen their knowledge
- Monitoring and management of the live releases.
- Architecture and optimization of the code base.
- Backwards compatibility & future proofing.
- Knowledge of:
- Software Design Patterns
- Unity testing.
- Experience with Docker.
Additional plus
- Knowledge of Golang and/or Typescript
- Experience with Nakama

Our policy is 4 days straight per month at the office and we decide however were gonna go.
If you dont live in Italy we have two options: if you would like to relocate our company offers a relocation package to help you move to Milan; if you want to stay where you are we offer a benefit to help you with travel expenses and flexible working hours around your journey time.
