Operations Support Administrator
Quadient are looking for an Operations Support Administrator to join our busy vibrant Operations team. This role is available as a result of an internal promotion and is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative and progressive organisation at a really exciting time of growth. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader youll be fully home-based for now until guidance changes the role will be based in our modern offices on the Olympic Park in Stratford (with some flexibility with WFH).
Your role in our future
This is a busy role in a fast paced environment. Youll be responsible for actioning requests for both internal and external customers. Quadient pride ourselves on our high level of customer service so you will need to be on youre A-Game at all times!
Contracted Service Revenue (CSR) Order Creation The creation or completion of an approved CSR order to assign a number of entitlements to an asset(s)
CSR Order Amendment The processing of an approved request for amendment of a CSR order in line with (internal/external) customer requirements.
CSR Order Cancellation The processing of an approved CSR cancellation request and invoice cancellation where appropriate
CSR Administration The administration associated with ensuring CSR is protected (revenue/margin) and that customers receive the right entitlements for the (CSR) product they have requested and paid for
Customer Change Management - The processing of an approved request to amend a customers name and or address meeting business address format requirements and billing where appropriate
Asset Management Ensuring each assets status is representative of its current location use (live) and in the case of licensed assets compliant with current (Royal Mail) regulations
Your profile
You are in a word efficient the kind of individual who can be counted on to be resourceful and work in a well-organised way to get the job done. If and when you see how a procedure could be better were open to workable improvements but just like you we want to move ahead using only necessary time and expense. Well rely on a real pro like you!
Youll have some experience in administration in any kind of B2B environment. Experience of order processing would be an advantage but is not essential
You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse and evaluate data
Youre a first-class communicator verbal and written
Youre able to work with a good deal of autonomy but equally enjoy collaborating with your team
You are inspired you think outside of the box are empowered by change and demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset
Youre hardworking passionate and dedicated in all that you do but you have a big personality and love to have fun!
