Corporate Receptionist
We are seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist to join our clients team. As the first point of contact for clients guests and staff you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming and polished front office environment.
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $50000 $55000 annually
- Hours: 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients guests and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer screen and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy organized and reflective of the firms professional image.
- Manage boardroom and meeting room bookings including setup and coordination of catering and technology needs.
- Receive sort and distribute incoming mail courier deliveries and other correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to legal assistants and other departments as needed.
- Coordinate with building management vendors and service providers to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist with internal and client events as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role ideally in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel Teams).
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive adaptable and client-service-oriented approach.
