These are field/home based positions
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who enjoys helping others and wants a flexible job with purpose Guardian Home Care of NH is hiring LPNs to provide in-home care and support to seniors and individuals throughout southern New Hampshire.

What Youll Be Doing:
Providing medication reminders and administration per care plan
Supporting clients with personal care such as bathing dressing and grooming
Monitoring client condition and reporting changes to supervisors and care teams
Assisting with light housekeeping meal preparation and safe mobility
Offering companionship and emotional support
Documenting care provided in accordance with company standards
Who You Are:
Active NH Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
18 years or older
High school graduate or equivalent
Have reliable transportation
Able to pass a background check (NH State & BEAS Registry)
Home care experience preferred but if youre dependable compassionate and ready to make a difference we want to hear from you!
