Job Summary

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a Cashier/Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone greeting customersfinancial transactions (cash and credit). Pay will be based on experience and will range from $18/hr to $20/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Answer dealership phones greet and receive customers

  • Direct customers to the correct department notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the service team member

  • Work cooperatively with Service members and other internal teams

  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner

  • Type memos correspondence reports and other documents

  • Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments

  • Handling financial transactions and closing repair orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality

  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment

  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
