Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Day Support and Community Engagement Programs
- Assists with conducting assessments and developing Person Centered Plans
- Assists with the monthly Day Support/Community Engagement Calendar.
- Checks weekly documentation and forwards to program director for review
- Check books to make sure standing orders prescriptions physicals and doctors orders are up to date
- Assure Day support staff/community engagement staff have the necessary supplies
- Work one weekend per month
- Assist with the handling of Doctors Appointment
- Facilitate and organize staff training per U&E and Licensing regulations
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Education:
- A High school diplomaOR GED
- Experience:
- 1 year ofexperience working with intellectual disabled or associate degree
- Other Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of background and Central Registry check.
